Cancelling your appointment
We know life sometimes gets in the way. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling with us.
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. That way we can offer the time to another patient.
Fees for late cancellation or no-show
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or don't show up at all, the following fee applies:
Adult
430 SEK
Child (under 24)
100 SEK
The fee is invoiced separately and is not covered by the dental subsidy (ATB) or the high-cost protection scheme, since no treatment has been carried out.
How to cancel
We prefer that you call us so we can confirm right away — but you can also send an email. The 24-hour window is counted from when we receive your message.
Exceptions
In case of acute illness or other special circumstances, we always make an individual assessment. Just get in touch and we'll figure it out.
